According to Greyhound’s Terms and Conditions of Carriage, passengers are requested to be at the terminal or pick-up point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. This ensures a smooth boarding process and helps avoid delays.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to adjust your travel date or time after booking your ticket, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Please note that changes may be subject to availability and additional fees.
As long as it is more than 24 hours before your departure time, you can cancel your trip without penalty. You can either get a refund or reschedule your trip, but there will be a R50.00 administrative fee.
If you’re cutting it close and it’s less than 24 hours until departure, you can still reschedule, but refunds are off the table. The administration fee this time around will be R70.00. We cannot issue a refund or reschedule your ticket if it is within one hour of your bus’s departure time.
Typically, the ride takes about 5h 55m. There is plenty of time to kick back and enjoy the scenery on the 422 km bus ride from Bloemfontein to Pretoria. Our coaches were built with your comfort in mind, whether you are taking a trip for business or pleasure.
In case you leave your belongings on the bus after your trip to Pretoria, please be aware that we can’t be held responsible for any lost or damaged items. So, do make sure you’ve got all your stuff before leaving the bus.
