If you’re cutting it close and it’s less than 24 hours until departure, you can still reschedule, but refunds are off the table. The administration fee this time around will be R70.00. We cannot issue a refund or reschedule your ticket if it is within one hour of your bus’s departure time.

If any passenger is found violating these rules, they’ll be asked to disembark at the next safe stop. Also, please note, we can’t provide any compensation, refunds, or rescheduling in such instances.
