As long as it is more than 24 hours before your departure time, you can cancel your trip without penalty. You can either get a refund or reschedule your trip, but there will be a R50.00 administrative fee.
If you’re cutting it close and it’s less than 24 hours until departure, you can still reschedule, but refunds are off the table. The administration fee this time around will be R70.00. We cannot issue a refund or reschedule your ticket if it is within one hour of your bus’s departure time.
We love seeing families travel together! We’re all about safety, so we can’t allow children under 12 to travel alone. If your kiddo is under 36 months old, they can ride for free as long as they’re comfy on your lap.
Once they are older than 36-months, they’ll need their own seat and will be charged the adult fare. So pack those snacks, bring their favourite toy, and get ready for a family adventure with Greyhound.
