Travel can be unpredictable, and sometimes delays or cancellations are beyond our control. We can’t give a 100% guarantee on specific arrival or departure times, and we can’t take on liability for any trouble these hiccups might cause.. But here’s what we can do: we’ll work with you to rebook your journey for another date and time that suits you.
According to Greyhound’s Terms and Conditions of Carriage, passengers are requested to be at the terminal or pick-up point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. This ensures a smooth boarding process and helps avoid delays.
Greyhound allows a maximum of 2 pieces of regular baggage not exceeding 25kg in total per ticket holder. Excess baggage fees apply for luggage in excess of this allowance, either at the time of reservation or boarding.
We can only welcome aboard trained guide dogs that are certified to assist their owners. We have specific guidelines for this, and it’s always at Greyhound’s discretion. Unfortunately, we can’t allow any other pets or animals on our coaches or shuttle buses. We hope you understand – it’s all about ensuring a comfortable and safe journey for all our passengers.
